Anne Kedl and Jennifer Freeman own and operate this location, and every project runs through one of them directly. Over roughly 18 months, we've worked with between 55 and 65 Denver families.  

We serve families throughout Southeast Denver, South Denver, and parts of Douglas County, including Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Englewood, Parker, Aurora Hills, Castle Rock, Centennial, and Lone Tree. 

We keep our service area focused on purpose. It means we’re familiar with the senior living communities here, as well as the realtors and estate attorneys who work in these neighborhoods, and we can get a crew to your parent’s house without building a day around the drive.

Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village

These are long-held family homes, often with decades of belongings and, frequently, pieces worth listing rather than donating.

Families here often come to us for a combination of downsizing and a CT Bids online auction, especially when the home contains pieces worth putting in front of buyers beyond the local market.

Englewood and Aurora Hills

Full senior moves, downsizing projects, and post-move cleanouts across all kinds of homes and situations. 

A lot of this work is adult children coordinating from out of town, which we handle routinely. We send photos and updates so you're not guessing at progress from another state.

Centennial and Lone Tree

This is right-sizing on the family's own timeline rather than in a crisis, often a move from a larger home into something smaller nearby.

When both addresses are close together, we manage the full handoff, including the space planning for the new residence so you know what actually fits before moving day.

 

Parker and Castle Rock

Larger homes where the sort, the sale, and the clearance all have to line up with a listing date or a closing. 

This is where the one-team model earns its keep. We can be sorting one week and handing a broom-swept house back to the realtor the next, without you coordinating three separate vendors around one deadline.

Downsizing means working through what goes to the new home, what goes to family, what goes to sale, and what gets donated. Our policy is donation-first, because we recognize that a household of memories holds a lot of value.

An estate sale can run in person or through CT Bids, our proprietary online auction platform. Bidders across the country can compete for items, giving the sale access to a much broader buyer pool. Buyers never browse the home, they only come by for a scheduled pickup.

Home cleanout is the final clearance, whether the house is going on the market or back to the family. A full clearance takes two days to two weeks.

Anne holds the Certified Senior Relocation Specialist credential and came to this work from Denver real estate staging and fix-and-flip projects, then several years managing a refugee resettlement program. Jennifer spent 15 years teaching first grade while building an online business to the top of her company.

We typically sell at least 95% of what we list on CT Bids. Caring Transitions corporate has featured our team twice for auction performance, once for the firehouse sale where we auctioned actual fire trucks, and once for our early auction photography and results.
